Whilst you can contact any of our therapists directly, we recognise it can be time-consuming to research and contact various therapists to then find out they have no availability, can’t do the time you need, or have not got the experience for what’s bringing you to therapy. If you would like support in finding the right therapist for you, we can offer two options to support you:
Option 1 - Request a Referral
The first option is a FREE referral service. Simply complete and submit the form and we will send you the details of the therapist(s) that best meets your needs. You can then either contact them directly or ask that they contact you. We aim to respond to you within 48 hours.

Option 2 - Book a Consultation
The second option is to book an in-person or online initial consultation. This session provides an opportunity to explore what is bringing you to therapy with one of our practitioners, discuss how you would like therapy to help, and ask any questions you may have. From there, we can take a more informed and thoughtful approach to matching you with the therapist(s) within our practice best suited to your needs. In-person consultations also give you the opportunity to experience our therapy space. Sessions typically last 30–50 minutes and are offered at an introductory fee of £40.
