At different points in our lives, many of us struggle — with our thoughts, our feelings, our relationships, or the circumstances we find ourselves in.

You might be feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or simply notice that you don’t quite feel like yourself. You may have experienced a traumatic event or feel stuck, lost, or unsure why things feel as difficult as they do. Or perhaps there’s a sense there could be more for you — a desire for change or growth — but don’t yet know how to move towards it.

At times, support can be found through friends or loved ones. But there are moments when the people closest to us are the ones we find hardest to open up to, or when we need a space that's entirely our own.  

That’s often when therapy begins to feel like a meaningful next step. You might already have a clear sense of what you’d like to work on, or you might not. Wherever you are on your journey, we can support you in finding a way forward that feels right for you.
