A trusted place for skilled, compassionate therapy for when you’re ready to begin
Who we can help
We offer counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples and young people (over 16), supporting a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, bereavement, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity and anger. You can explore more of the areas we support below.
How Our Therapy Works
We offer therapy in a way that is designed to fit around you. You can work with us in person at our Tunbridge Wells practice or online depending on your location, your schedule, and what feels most supportive for you. Wherever possible, we encourage in-person sessions - providing time away from screens and the outside world, within a space where genuine connection and privacy can be held.
Sessions are typically weekly and last 50 minutes. Each of our therapists works independently, with their own way of working and fee structure, which you can explore within their Individual Profiles. If you would like to know more about the therapeutic process, our FAQs offer further helpful information.
Helping you find the right place to begin
We want to make finding the right therapist as supportive and reassuring as possible. Wherever you are on your journey, there are a couple of ways to begin:
Contact a therapist directly
You may find it helpful to spend some time reading through our therapists’ profiles and noticing who you feel drawn to. When you’re ready, you can contact a therapist directly to arrange an initial consultation — a gentle first step to see whether working together feels right for you.
Let us help you find the right therapist for you
If you would value some guidance, our consultation and referral service offers a supported and thoughtful way of helping you find the right therapeutic fit. We’ll take time to understand what is bringing you to therapy and guide you towards a therapist whose experience and availability match your needs.
