About Me
I am a fully qualified, experienced therapist, and an Accredited Member of the BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy).
Alongside my private practice, I have broad experience working with adults across educational and mental health services, offering both short and long-term therapy to individuals experiencing a wide range of emotional difficulties and life challenges.
As an Integrative Therapist, I have been trained in a number of different therapeutic modalities and adapt my approach to suit each client’s individual needs and experiences.
My approach is trauma-informed and relational, responding thoughtfully to what each client uniquely needs.
Practice Description
My approach is informed by attachment and existential therapy, recognising how our past experiences and relationships can continue to shape how we feel about ourselves, others and the world around us today.
With gentle curiosity and care, we may explore underlying patterns, early experiences and root causes, helping you to develop a deeper understanding of yourself and the difficulties you may be facing.
By reflecting on past experiences, therapy can help us process life’s events more fully, understand how they may continue to influence the here and now, and find a way forward that feels more manageable and meaningful.
