About Me

I feel privileged to be able to work alongside people who are struggling and in distress. Together, we work to find their unique way forward through trauma, loss, identity, and change.

I’ve been practising since December 2018; initially in the charitable sector and then, in 2020, setting up in private practice.

I love working with people as we find a pathway together towards a more hopeful chapter in their life.

Practice Description

I am a humanistically qualified therapist. This means that therapy is centred around your story, and the meaning you are making — or not making — of the circumstances you have been through or are currently experiencing.

I will work at your pace to help us begin making sense of what is happening for you, and to understand what you need in order to grow through and thrive beyond a difficult and distressing time in your life.

I Can Help With

Anger, Anxiety, Bereavement, Change, Childhood trauma, Chronic illness, Depression, Fertility related issues, Identity issues, Loss, Neurodiversity, Personal development, Post-traumatic stress, Relationships, Self-esteem, Stress, Trauma.

Types of Therapy

Existentially informed, Humanistic, Internal Family Systems, Lifespan Integration.

Clients I Work With

Adults aged 23+.

Practicalities

In-person and online sessions available.

Long-term or short-term therapy.

Fees: £70 per week.

Where Shall We Begin?

Please email me to arrange an Initial Assessment session.

This one-off session gives us time to explore what brings you to therapy now, what you need, and how I might best help.

If it feels like a good therapeutic match for you, we can then book weekly sessions and begin working together.
